I made the mistake of wanting to expose them a variety of fruits and vegetables. What a mistake.
Cause now when I cook asparagus, they both get super excited and want to eat a lot of it. That makes me grumpy, because asparagus is my favorite vegetable EVER. I do not like to share it.
So, when they want more asparagus, my inner first born child syndrom reigns its ugly head and I'm tempted to shove all of the asparagus into my mouth so that no one else can eat it but me.

I don't though. Cause I'm a mom. Got to be "mature". Darnit.
